While the boxes (four of them) that arrived were pretty hefty (fully expected) the unit was surprisingly easy to assemble, even by myself. Once I finished, testing the unit’s functionality was fun and VERY relaxing. This unit is SUPER comfy, functional, fashionable, and fits my space beautifully. The price was phenomenal, even with the three year protection plan, it was hundreds less than other sellers’ items, and a full size sofa with reclining / heat / massage at either end. Love it!

Bought this for my elderly parents and assembled for them. They enjoy having a nice cozy loveseat that is power for ease, without having to use their muscles to lower. They live in assisted living, small apartment, and fits perfectly. The massage feature is ok, the heat is great.Assembly:Arrived in 3 boxes and I was able to put them all on a standard warehouse cart and bring to their room. The only thing that confused me were the backs, I had assembled.them wrong so I had to switch out. But a minor delay. I was able to put together and move around myself, 40 year old female with back issues. Shipped well before promised time as well, a week prior. So that was a huge perk and much appreciated. So far, so good!

I am an old disabled lady, AND I broke my elbow recently. I was able to easily put this couch together on my own, in about 20 minutes. Just be careful, read the instructions twice before you start. It goes together so securely that, if you mess up, it's hard to separate to realign lol.Love the heating function. Love the super soft textures. Love the USB ports. Love the reclining (aaaaall the way for your zzzz's).I can only say like for the center console, simply because there's so much empty space UNDER the storage spot, they could have made it much deeper. I also can only say like for the vibration... the vibration itself is great, but you can feel the mechanics under your legs when you're sitting down without using the vibration. I have a large solid lump under my right thigh when I sit in the left seat, that's really not comfortable. I have an additional pillow to counter the bump.

Not the most comfortable loveseat I’ve sat on. Easy to put together. Would not purchase again. Cheaply made.

This product is almost as bad as their customer service. The advertisement clearly says the product can support up to 300 pounds per seat. I weigh less than 300 pounds. I expected the product to have a normal product life. This sofa was sagging and extremely uncomfortable in less than a week. The seat is so low to begin with it almost looked like a childs sofa. Being handicapped that, and the sagging seat, made getting in and out of the sofa very difficult and sometimes painful.The sofa was delivered in 3 different boxes on different days. I did not keep the boxes as they took up so much space in my home. I now want to return the sofa due to its extremely poor performance and ridiculously short lifespan. The company told me to buy three giant boxes online, or, GO ASK MY NEIGHBORS IF THEY HAD 3 GIANT BOXES I COULD USE! According to the company I cannot have a free return or refund unless I buy 3 giant boxes and pay to ship this big piece of furniture back to them in China so they can THEN determine if there is anything wrong with it - in their opinion. Not worth the time or effort to deal with this nonsense.Edit: Seller did finally reach out with a 60% refund offer which I accepted. The refund was preferable to the difficulty of return shipping. It wasn't the perfect solution but I appreciated the effort.

I had a problem with the one back. I emailed Amazon the company got rite back to me that night. They asked for pictures I sent 2 pictures they got back to me the next night by email they asked for photos of the box it came in. NOTE keep the boxes don’t tear them up right away just in case you have a problem they want to know if the damage was caused by the delivery co. They got back to me the next night a said they were sending me a new back an I didn’t have to send the old one back. I got the new one 3 days later every thing was handled perfectly this company is A-1 if you handle it the right way. It works just like they said it may be a little smaller than I thought that is on me the measurements were just what they said but I do recommend it for the price you can’t go wrong great service.

It arrived 3 big boxes. The assembly instructions were in the 3rd box. We needed minimal tools.it went together OK. Very comfortable. Worth the cost. My wife likes it. It’s her primary price of furniture in the living room. After three months, it is hiding up well with no problems.
