While I do agree that they have changed the formula ( all companies do this- to make less expensive to make i assume) I had already purchased before I read reviews that they changed formula , so i figured I would try. For years I have been buying The Laundress detergent , this and the Delicates version, I just come and order new bottle when it runs low. So , I will say that it has changed a bit. It is not as thick and feel that I did need to use a LITTLE more for the same amount of clean. But it still works the best on my cashmere and wool sweaters. They still come out clean , fresh, and oh so soft. I will still continue to purchase

This iteration, however, was changed to make the product far less viscous and now sports a stronger scent. Fortunately, whatever is washed with it does not take on that scent.

works well. Is highly concentrated and I use primarily for my hand wash delicate items. Wish they would do a softer scent, maybe jasmine. worth the money spent. does clean well but Im not playing sports in silk shirts, so no need for heavy hitter in odor or dirt here. Bottle will last me forever. easy to use and has a good bottle size of produc for the price

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Product really works. I had a dinner party. Six silk expensive placement got olive oil on them and blueberries by my guests. The dry cleaner wanted $15 each to clean the placemats. I wasn't paying $90 to clean placemats for one dinner party. I bought this product based on reviews I literally took drops of the product directly on my placemats and scrubs for 10 to 15 seconds with a clean toothbrush. Then I rinsed with cold water under the sink until all the soap was gone. It did not produce much soap. Which was great. I hung the place mats up to dry and I was amazed the stain was gone. I wasn't quite sure until placemats were completely dry. I spent $30 on a product instead of $90 at the dry cleaner. Like I said I literally put just a few drops on each spot and scrubbed. This cleaner is a miracle!
