Perfect Engineering
The media could not be loaded. I usually don't share reviews of products if they are good. But this time I am going to share a positive review about a product that really deserves it.I have upgraded from Galaxy Watch Active 2 which has been really my favorite gadget so far. It's also working well but it has scratches on screen glass and dial now. Moreover Samsung has abandoned Tizen Watch software in favour of Google's Wear OS. So I had to take decision to purchase a new smart watch.Choosing the right watch hasn't been so easy. I had to pick up an android compatible watch. And in my final choice there were two beasts:- Galaxy Watch 6 Classic and Huawei Watch GT4. Later would have been my first choice if I wouldn't had a Samsung Galaxy Phone. But due to Samsung Ecosystem I decided to go with Galaxy Watch 6 Classic and luckily I have no regret. Due to negative reviews about its low battery backup I hardly prepared myself for this watch. But believe me this watch gave me more than expectation.I am not talking about its features, design, software and performance. You can seen it elsewhere. I am just sharing my review about its battery length. After setting it according to my taste. I gave it one day to learn my usage pattern. Then I charged it to 100% at 5 am and kept these settings : Wifi- off, LTE- off (I have airtel prepaid which does not offer e‐SIM plans on watch), AOD- off, Snore detection- off (I know I snores at night and it will record them whole night), Skin temperature during sleep‐ off (practically this feature is of no use) and rest all features- on. My daily workouts and routine: 30 minutes cycling, 30 minutes walking, 20 minutes other workouts, one time BP recording, one time ECG, one time Body Analysis, call, sms, google, health, mail and some other apps notifications. This happens in day. At night my phone goes in sleep mode from 10 pm to 5 am during which all notifications are silent and hence no notification on my watch too. Following this routine surprisingly I have successfully passed two days (48 hrs) with 27% battery still remaining. And this is not bad at all.Next battery test I did with all settings on except wifi and lte, and I still managed to complete 36 hrs with 20% battery remaining. So please don't complain about battery backup.

Best wear os watch with not a great fitness tracking accuracy
Works good from a smartwatch perspective. No accurate tracking of sleep. The fact that ecg and blood pressure monitor works only on Samsung phones is not good.If you are focused on health and fitness go for amazfit trex or Garmin like brands..Rest of the wear os functionalities are working great. Easy to change straps.

Watch 6 classic designs are aesthetically pleasing and feature a rotating bezel.
The media could not be loaded. This watch is so classic, and I love wearing it! It's elegant and comfy, super easy to use, and the craftsmanship is amazing. I'll be wearing this thing for ages. I even got the Airtel eSIM working on it, connects perfectly to my S23 Ultra. And that 47cm display looks great on my wrist.

Terrible Experience with Defective Product and Horrible After-Sales Support
I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic (Bluetooth, Silver) from Amazon India, and what should have been a smooth and enjoyable experience turned into an absolute nightmare. Here's my story, and I urge future buyers to think twice before making a similar purchase:1. Defective ProductThe watch I received had a non-functional body composition sensor right out of the box. I followed all troubleshooting steps mentioned in forums, including resetting the watch, updating to the latest firmware (One UI 6.0), and restarting multiple times—none of which resolved the issue.2. Amazon's Appalling Replacement PolicyWhen I contacted Amazon for a replacement, I was shocked to learn that the product wasn’t eligible for a direct replacement. Instead, I was told to visit the service center to obtain a DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate. This was despite the product being only two days old! Amazon’s "7-day service center replacement" policy is absolutely customer-unfriendly and feels like they’re washing their hands off the responsibility.3. The Service Center HassleI had to travel 300 kilometers (up and down) to reach the nearest Samsung service center, losing nearly half a day of my time and arriving late to work. At the service center:I waited for hours before they even looked at the watch. The staff confirmed the defect and gave me the DOA certificate, but their attitude showed no concern for the hassle I was going through.4. Refund Instead of ReplacementAfter going through the exhausting process of traveling to the service center and obtaining the DOA certificate, I submitted it to Amazon, only to be informed that they could only process a refund, not a replacement. To add insult to injury, Amazon had earlier denied a return request, stating that the product was only eligible for service center replacement. The service center itself could have resolved the issue by offering a direct replacement, especially since the product was just a day old. Instead, they opted to issue a DOA certificate, unnecessarily prolonging the ordeal. This policy is not just flawed but outright cruel to customers. If I wanted a refund, I would have never wasted my time and energy traveling hundreds of kilometers and disrupting my work schedule. Amazon's contradictory policies leave customers stuck in a no-win situation, and this entire ordeal feels like being punished for trusting both Amazon and Samsung with my purchase.5. Poor Quality Assurance by SamsungThe fact that such an expensive product had a major defect right out of the box speaks volumes about Samsung’s declining quality control. As a loyal Samsung customer, I feel extremely let down.6. Impact on My DayThis experience disrupted my schedule, caused unnecessary stress, and wasted precious hours of my time that I’ll never get back. It’s appalling that Amazon and Samsung don’t seem to value the time and effort of their customers. My Advice to Buyers:Avoid purchasing products from this seller, as the quality assurance appears non-existent.If you must buy, be prepared for a long and painful process if the product is defective.Consider buying from authorized offline stores, where replacements might be handled more swiftly. To Amazon and Samsung:Amazon: Fix your replacement policies! A 7-day service center replacement is simply unacceptable for a product that arrives defective. Customers shouldn't have to jump through hoops for something that’s clearly the seller's fault.Samsung: Improve your quality checks! A flagship product like the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic should not have such critical defects right out of the box. This experience has been a huge disappointment, and I’ll think twice before trusting either Amazon or Samsung for future purchases.
