A Total Failure
Other than outward appearances, there were no redeeming qualities to this product. When powered up, it vibrated and made loud noises, and the shaver heads gyrated side-to-side about twice per second. I attempted to shave, but the blades were harsh on my face and, after an extended length of time, there were still patches of stubble all over my neck and face. Zero is the appropriate score.

This item is junk
The construction as a non OEM is cheap with faulty finish that accually cut my face.If this junk was more expensive with less return hassle, I would demand a refund.NEVER AGAIN !

Unhappy performance
I waited a while to review these and they are my second set. They never seemed to seat rights and overall they do not cut well and make a grinding sound as well. These require several passes and sometimes just can't cut old man whiskers. I had to throw them away and get OEM blades made directly by Norelco. Not worth the 'savings'. Stick to EOM blades.

ok, but not as good as Philips cutter heads.
Fit just fine, but seemed to need some break in time before they stopped pulling whiskers instead of cutting them. Did not stay sharp as long as the Philips cutter heads.

Good alternative!
Got the razor itself as a gift and got these replacement heads since I accidently screwed up my other pair. I can't say anything about longevity but it's a solid product. Keeps my shave nice and clean, easy to install and just as good as the original blades.No problems as of now and I'll be keeping these as my primary shave since they work well and are quick and easy to use!
