Winding this device takes strength in both thumbs!
I give 5 stars because it works for someone with strength in both hands BUT, JUST A CAUTION: The method of winding this model takes thumb strength in both thumbs. I ordered it to help rehab my hand after carpal tunnel surgery. The surgery left temporary numbness (possibly 3-12 months) in my thumb and fingers. The lack of strength plus the numbness didn't allow me to fully wind the device. I returned this model and ordered the model that winds with a string. I'm hoping that will work for me.

Needs a couple tries to get used to it.
Excellent product. Takes a little while to get used to; but, an important piece of exercise eqpt. for your wrist, hand and forearm.

Opinion
As far as the delivery it's excellent the product I have to start using it I have noticed it does put a lot of pressure on your forearms perhaps it'll do some good

This is the real deal!
I tried a different, less expensive gyro ball and was very disappointed. This one is excellent! It is easy to use and really makes me work. I am rehabbing a broken wrist.

Beautifully made, but can't get it to work
This product is solid, stylish, & well made. It's a pleasure to look at, & feels great in your hand. But the bad news: Winding it up does require major strength in both thumbs. One thumb will not do it. Pulling across a counter to do the winding doesn't work.We watched many videos from the manufacturer, & on YouTube. We tried to get the ball gyro to work every morning and evening. Each of us. Every day. For nearly three weeks.Neither of us could get this ball to run for more than 20 seconds. At best. In a hundred+ attempts, it only made it to a whining/whirring speed in 2-3 uses.I really like this product. But it really is hard to use. For us, it simply does not work.We had to return this product.

First time notes
First time ever using this, I didn’t understand that I need to rotate the wrists to the speed of the ball to keep it going. After getting used to it, it has become quite the forearm workout.

Haven’t had it long enough to comment on their ability
A little overpriced
