Cheerful but classy dinner plates , nice depth for roast and gravy as well big bouncy salads or spaghetti. Not too big or chunky for drying racks but still strong .

Gorgeous and good quality

Having bought the cereal bowls of this set, I invested in the large dinner plates. Beautifully made, gorgeous pattern and colour, solid but not too heavy and just the right size when having a roast !! Love them

Beautiful. Flawless. Although slightly larger would’ve been preferable.

Arrived promptly in perfect condition, and well packed in a branded box - which means they make a perfect gift, too. Quality dinner plates with a bit of weight to them, exactly as you’d expect from Spode, and since It’s only four of us for Christmas this year (I usually have a small army of guests), I thought I’d treat myself to these for the big day as I’m having a blue-themed dining table. My one minor niggle is they are the standard 27cm size dinner plate, which is fine for every day use, but for Christmas Day when portion sizes usually increase, I would’ve preferred a 30cm plate. Otherwise, perfectly happy with this purchase.
