I've been taking this ecdysterone supplement for a little while now. Noticed some decent strength gains and slightly better muscle recovery. Nothing crazy, but a noticeable improvement.It's supposed to help with protein synthesis and building lean mass without the side effects of steroids. Can't say for sure if that's what's happening, but my workouts have felt more productive.The dose seems good - 1400mg is higher than a lot of other ecd products out there. No weird side effects that I've noticed.Not a miracle pill by any means, but if you're looking for a natural way to potentially boost your gains a bit, it's worth a try. I think they got the dosage right!I used one bottle of this before I decided to try another brand, that claimed it had a higher dose of Turkesterone and Ecdysterone, the other brand wasn't as good.I still got stronger but I didn't have as much energy when I switched brands and I think I was getting leaner and stronger on the first bottle.The quality of this product is obviously very good I will definitely buy this again.I felt like skipping a dose once a week seemed to improve the effects a little more, not sure why.

Hey all! 41yr old man here. I have been taking this product for about 1.5 months right now and love it! I have more energy in my workouts and even though I eat like crap (I just recently started eating Carnivore) I can still see a change in my composition. I have been doing PL and Strongman for about 5 yrs now and I have tried tons of stuff, nothing in the anabolic realm as I am a natural competitor, but this is probably the best natural supp I have taken, most effective anyways. I recommend this product. Give it a try in your rotation of supps you take and see what it does for you. I have not had any side effects that I know of as well. Cheers!

Very well formulated and works if you put in the work in the gym and eat well. This stuff seems to have mood enhancing properties as well. I notice a sense of confidence and positive mood kind of like an adaptogen when I use this.

I don’t know what it can do for you, but for me at the age of 65 this stuff is better than creatine to me. This is the Bible of supplements.

How do I see the lab results for my batch? ISO‑17025 or GMP-certified? Or CoAs?The company website doesn’t make sense. It seems unfinished.
