Overall amazing experience
Had something happen (Not their fault) and they helped out and were really kind.. the Plush is adorable, well made, and makes me happy to have my favorite pokemon irl. Would recommend to lovers of this awesome pokemon!

Just a little mistake
Love Volcarona. Only complaint is a mistake with the head. The head is somewhat at a tilt and the eyes aren’t aligned that well. Other than that it’s really good. So glad to have my boy with me.
