I'm not going to write a long review; however, I have trained for 20 years and achieved much in my training and continue to do so. Supplements is something I have experience with as I have tried many! Are supplements worth it? Yes and no. Some are, protein being one. Find a good one and keep it!!! Try many to find that one, but once you do, keep it. Merely find a better price for it.This is the best protein Whey I know. **"Not the best protein"** but the best Whey Concentrate for money. I have used so many! The other true rival and it is very much discussed over the web is, MyProtein Whey. Great value, good tasting, gentle and works. But having used both for plenty of time, OP-N-GSW is just the king in my opinion. I use three mounted scoops a day and it lasts me over two months, tastes amazing (vanilla and choccy being faves from the selection available) with many flavours to choose from at other suppliers/websites. I also find this the most gentle on the stomach for those that suffer, and it does not bloat me!! Only milk (that I use) cause any issue which I don't really experience with milk, so its the supplement and ingredients that these powders contain for sure. I found this the best price on Web, jointly with dolphin-fitness but Amazon Prime delivers in one day and has more flavour variety. Well done Amazon!Hands down for me, best Whey Concentrate/Isolate supplement on the market for your money. As I said, you may have better products but for money, works, value, dosing and all other factors I've mentioned above..............?

Highly recommended as this allows me to more easily control my macro nutrient intake without worrying about the excess carbs but knowing exactly how much good quality protein I'm getting. I only use one scoop and a half a day in combination with my usual meals and this is perfect.I tend to mix is with almond milk and it makes a reasonable tasting shake. When mixed with water, it is very runny when mixing with the recommended amount of water (300ml I think of the top of my head) but it does mix incredible well after a few shakes and rarely do I get any lumps! The taste is unfortunately typical, I think, of strawberry protein shake flavour but its ok - unfortunately few have come close to the raspberry yoghurt taste of the oatgain shake I was taking previously but I do prefer this 100% Gold Standard especially for the cutting phase and it has become more important to me since starting my personal training qualifications.THe bag is huge (although I have found it doesn't seal great because of the square shape but it will last forever using only one scopp as per serving guidelines and its amazing how much protein one scoop can pack!

It’s the Gold Standard for a reason.Awesome protein powder, mixed well and great flavours. And no digestion issues for me .The perfect supplement for those unable to get a sufficient amount of protein on board throughout your day.I found it perfect for a protein ketone diet.Such a pity the price has gone up exponentially since Covid 😞

The low calorie count, absence of junk, and high protein content per serving make this a winner for me. There are less expensive options if you're into bulking to cut later and not too concerned about the calorie quality, but if you're in maintenance or taking a lean gains approach, this is hard to beat really. It just affords you more control and options with foods, while having the helpful bump with the protein targets with this protein powder. Not as tasty as some (chocolate), but doesn't taste bad by any means. It's nice. I rate this very good. I trust the claimed protein concentration. My muscle gains are consistent to previous brands I've enjoyed, just without the waistline expansion. For all the reasons I've written about, I think yeah, it earns its gold standard name for my needs. Nice work ON. Very nice.

I bought this product after buying the Optimum Nutrition Strawberry flavor which was awful in water and after doing some research I heard that the double chocolate was by far the best tasting product and I would have to agree.I mix this with a small amount of water, no more than half a glass (200ml) or a bit more if I use two scoops. It makes a nice thick creamy shake that tastes just like a chocolate milkshake without the milk. Its packed full of protein (23.9g) and has no added sugar (max 1g of carbs per 30g scoop) in comparison to the strawberry flavor and therefore no difference in Carbohydrate content (in case you're on a low carb diet).I have been using this product for 2 weeks as a weight loss and toning program where I cut out carbs and replace it with as much protein as possible. This is a perfect shake to take with you to work if you do not have time for lunch and keeps you going for hours. I feel very full after drinking one and certainly gives you the boost you need.If you're looking to drink this with water then definitely buy the Double Chocolate flavor. It dissolves very quickly in water leaving no lumps, I just use a fork to give it a few whisks and its ready to drink. Would definitely recommend.
