It's taste more like boiled carrot rather then wheat

Taste was ok not great. But there was a lingering smell and after taste that was very horrible. Not for me again.

The ingredient list already mentions xanthan gum ! (Additive) And other dehydrated vegetables (not real in anyway ) than how can this flour be -The better flour .Takes so much water to knead ,you have to keep it for atleast half an hour aside before which you can’t make chapatis , once it goes to fridge if you take our next day color gets dark and it starts to lose water also . Difficult flour to deal with .Hope company will respond .
