What is the percentage of carbohydrates?

Hi, not sure about the carbs but it should be low. There are no grains in the formula and what caught my eye was 40% protein and 18% fat. The fats will turn to sugars but doesn't seem to affect my diabetic cat.

Is this type of food only for outdoor cats?

Not, not at all. It's great food for indoor cats.

Has there been a change in this dry food recently. Suddenly our cat won't eat it and she loved it.

I have 3 cats and they eat the food 1x/day with gusto. I also give them grain free, wet food 1-2 times per day (Core Wellness). They do like to pig out on the dry food. My cat, Chessie, passed away in May at age 24. She ate grain free most of her life, due to skin allergies. I definitely recommend grain free.
