However, I don't know whether this has a short or long-term effect, but I'll probably buy again when needed.

A serving is 2 capsules so this bottle will last you about 3 months, which is great if you are someone who dislikes rebuying things over and over. I'd rather make the purchase 4 times a year instead of 12. The capsules are easy to swallow. I love that they are vegetarian and made in the USA.
