Wrong size way to small

It came in the mail a little late, which for me wasn’t a big deal at all. When it did arrive, the package was nice and no damages. When i opened it up. It looked just what the picture showed and even better. The only problem was i didn't get the right length i order. I ordered a 22, when i got a 14. I cant wear it around my neck or even make it like a bracelet. But i also bought a 22 gold one which came just how it should of. So i kinda disappointed in the fact i cant even wear it.

This is the 3rd chain I've purchased, really great quality shockingly so for the price. And sturdy for the pendants you would hate to loose, these chains are it. Purchased for my 5 year old self and gift with pendants and I'm happy with every purchase!
