Bought this for a city friend as a gift. I did advise them about putting a piece of sturdy cardboard or something of that level on the bottom as per other reviewers and they agreed that that was necessary. I think the manufacture include something like that. It would make it more desirable and functional. Otherwise they say it’s a great cart and meets their needs.

This us my second Dolly Cart. My last one lasted over a decade. I used it for Farmer's Market, the beach, short trips, etc. Other than the loose bag, it's great! I actually could not find a better one for the same price so I got this one again. I don't prefer the dark color. I have cut & sewn it to secure it to the dolly. I also added a velcro strip to some of the pockets. Those were easy adjustments for me, but if you don't want to do that invest in a higher quality more costly cart.

This cart is really good. Ordered this twice. Sturdy and well made. Love the seat. Probably will order another one soon.

I ordered this trolley in 2023 and it has caved it and ripped on all sides. It is now 2025 and I have to total the trolley. I should be reimbursed a portion of my funds for a new item. I referred several friends to purchase this trolley and I’m now embarrassed. I would appreciate your immediate response to rectify this matter.Thanking you in advance.Cheryl McLeod

My review of this is mixed. I found it useful because I am weak and live on the second floor. But it has some drawbacks. The cart is smaller than I expected. While that makes it easier to pull up the stairs, it requires more trips. It only holds one bag of groceries unless you take the groceries out of the bags and repack them in the cart directly. Then you can get the contents of two bags up the stairs in one trip.The second drawback is the wheel attachment. The wheels don’t seem very stable and have actually come loose a couple of times while I was using it. I was able to reattach it but with the cart full it was a difficulty.The third and last drawback is that I found it useless as a dolly When you remove the bag the base which is “the dolly “ is far too small to carry anything. Additionally, it tips over a lot when used that way. Either the package fell off or the dolly fell over.If I could change that decision now I would have gotten a larger sturdier cart.

Purchase for my mother. Its good but I wish there was more straps on the frame to stay in place on the frame.
