Noosy Nano & Micro Sim Cutter

Only used it to cut a standard sim down to a micro sim (not a nano) but it worked well. I practised with an old sim first and found that it fitted securely in the slot and cut cleanly. On the final real sim I was very careful to position it carefully and press evenly to cut it and then I used the supplied sandpaper to clean up the edges (it didn't need much). It worked perfectly in the phone. I've only used it that once but I'd happily use it again if the need arose.*EDIT 03/08/17*I've now used it 3 times to curt down to batch micro and nano sims and every time the cut has been clean and the Sim has worked perfectly. Happy to recommend it.

I was fed up with manually cutting down SIM cards. Previously I used a knife which involved slicing my fingers from time to time. That said, my dodgy-looking SIMs always worked.When this arrived I was surprised at how sturdy it was for the price. I had a micro-sim in an HTC that I wanted to cut down to nano to use in an LG Nexus 5X. Punched out nice and cleanly, but just wouldn't work. Using the residue as an adapter, it went back in the HTC and worked fine. Took it out again, cleaned with alcohol swab, filed edges, compared with templates... all looked fine. Back in LG, could not be read. Back in HTC - no problem. Mystery. Another nano (the only one to hand) worked fine in the LG.So that's my experience. 3 stars because it's well made and it punched out beautifully. But I couldn't give more given that thus far I've not produced a working cut-down SIM!

I've never really trusted the idea of a SIM cutter - but this one has definitely changed my mind!I just bought a Honor 6 plus, which can take two sims - one Micro and one Nano, so that I can have my work SIM and my personal SIM in one device and so not have to carry two phones around.I used this to cut down a full size SIM, initially to Micro, and then to Nano, and it did it simply, accurately and with no effort at all.The cut down SIM fitted straight into the SIM tray and worked straight away!The cutter feels strong, well made, and looks like it will last for years.

Firstly to say, it did the job - twice. Both sims are fully working in my dual sim phone and started life as micro-sims. But it's very nerve-racking to use.1. The micro-sim doesn't fit tightly inside the slot, so it can be positioned in multiple wrong ways. You really need to use your head to make sure that the sim card is properly lined up before you punch. A good way is to slowly level the unit, and watch the sim card rise towards the hole. Make sure it is lined up none of the gold contacts are being cut.2. The punch is NOT sharp enough! It really feels like the sim card is going to snap in half as you punch through... it doesn't but it does come out a little bent. Not a huge problem, but it's a little nervy to use as you apply the force. Second because they're not sharp - the cut is not clean and requires a good amount of sanding (with included file) before it'll smoothly fit in you phone.3. If you plan on reusing it, note that the residue edge is quite tricky to remove, especially in the microsim slot as there is such a small amount of sim card left in the device and it's based wedged in. Trick is to use the included Apple Sim remover tool to prod at it from underneath until it comes loose.That said its a sturdy bit of metal, better than some of the others I've seen. I think if they sharped the punch and tightened the slots to fit sims perfectly, it'd be a 5 star product.

I was under pressure on Christmas day having just bought an iPhone for each of my daughters, of course their old phones used microsims.. Anyway, there was no need to panic! This cutter is absolutely top quality and did the job with no problems at all. I used the included file to smooth off a couple of sharp edges and both sims were reduced to nano in seconds. No need to make the sims thinner (nano sims are slightly thinner than microsims) because the iPhone accepted them as was. You also get a little pin to open the sim tray. I'm not sure how many cuts you could make before the blade starts losing it's edge but the unit feels solidly constructed, high quality and well worth the little extra it costs. I would highly recommend this cutter to anyone with two teenage daughters and who's life depended on their phones working on the day they got them. A+

Does what it says on the tin - crisp clean cut. Only issue is the lack if an instruction leaflet, and the guidelines on the box and cutter are vague about which way up and which way round the old sim should be inserted into the cutting template. Strongly suggest that you check, check and check again before you cut otherwise ou will need a new sim!

It was quicker to order this than wait for a sim swap from my network, admittedly, this cost more but has come in useful for other family members.This was easy to use, just remember which way around to put the sim in & steady it on a level surface then press down firmly to punch the sim through. You may need a toothpick or similar to remove the cut part of the sim as I found it to be stuck in the cutter. Also, the provided emery board was useful to file any rough edges.

Purtroppo non mi è arrivata quella raffigurata.... non sono molto soddisfatto di tutto ciò...mi spiace per Amazon ma dovrebbe controllare quello che spedisce.
