The pills have a sour taste when you put them in your mouth but it’s not suppose to be candy. I like that this brand doesn’t add extra stuff to the supplements. It’s very raw in its form which I love. No extra crap you don’t need

I feel they work
I'm 55 and I feel these actually work in helping me build muscle. I heard that you should cycle these on for 3 months and then off for a month as if you use them without pause they are not as effective. I also read that for people under 40 HMB ins't effective at all. How effective are they for me? While I didn't measure, I would say between when I was off and when I was on I notice about a 10% difference.
