yes, spray sparingly at the roots on towel dry hair and style as normal. You should achieve great volume and lift

No. I’d say matt and slightly dry - which fit with my hair type and the result I was after.

Q: Does it leave the hair 'crispy ?

Only when I put a lot on it. My hair is fine and whenever I put more than I should it leaves it more than crispy, dry. But when you put just a couple of spritzes, on wet hair, it gives your hair great body. I trust this helps.
