Can these be connect between mai s water supplt and a kitchen mixer tap flexible pipe

I would not expect it to fit. This item has a 3/4" fitting, most tap flexible connectors I have seen have been 1/2".

Can it be fixed onto a plastic water piper?

I used it on a copper pipe. If it is rigid plastic, I would think it would be OK. The olives need to "grip" onto the pipe.

I need a 13mm version. Where can I get one?

Never heard of a 13mm but the older pipes were classed as 1/2" nominal bore which is 12.7mm. 15mm outside diameter tube fittings are interchangeable with the old size.

Can this be used to connect a washing machine & dishwasher to the water supply ? Can just one be turned off ?

The outlet at 90deg has a 3/4 BSP thread for connection to either of those appliances and can be turned off. The other two ends are for fitting into a 15mm supply which will require isolation and cutting into the pipe to fit.
