I have very pale skin. Will this help conceal the blueish circles I have under my eyes?

I am afraid this product is too dry a texture for the undereye area, and also only the lightest shade in the box may be suitable for your skin. It also doesn't probably cover enough and it doesn't have light reflective effect. I would definitely look for something more specific for your needs.

I don’t like wearing foundation can this be used on its own without any foundation ?

I would only use the concealer as a concealer. The finish would be different to foundation and I suggest that concealer should be used on top of foundation. I use a paler foundation and then use concealer on any reddish markings on y face. I then use bronzer to add some colour. I hope this answer makes sense!
