Fantastic bit of equipment!! I've used thickbar in my training for over 35 years. It was hard to get dumbbells and barbells with thick handles in the beginning. I became the first man in history to press the original Thomas Inch dumbbell overhead in 2000. I use the Fat Gripz in nearly every exercise. Great bit of kit!

I've got loads of pairs of these grips, all 3 different sizes......every set of dumbells have been transformed.....they are the most expensive because they are the best.....you get what you pay for......trust me they are worth it, they torch your biceps, forearms & vastly improve hand strength & grip, I've other cheaper pairs to compare......these are the best & very high quality grips.....get some.

Tried the smaller fatgripz before, decided to get the biggest available. And they are incredible. Pretty simple and straight forward but the results to my forearms and grip strength in such a short space is incredible..Every time I use a dumbbell or cable machine, I’m using these alongside!

These fat grips are absolutely fantastic and great quality. They really do emmulate thick bars which are not always available in gyms. The pumps are amazing as you activate untapped muscles in your forearms.The service and delivery was super quick and I really appreciate the email and training plan provided by the creators. Fat Gripz will always be in my arsenal for arm day, just remember to warm up your thumbs before using them.

I compete in arm wrestling and these beauties are a closure match to holding a human hand compared to the normal ones.Perfect for rolling thunder lifts as they really try to open up your hand.The leaflet that came with advises against a "false grip" ie a thumb over, but for me, this makes it a fair bit harder and really strains at your forearm muscles.Lovely to grip abs I wager I will get a few years use.
