This product is essential in preventing mosquito bites. I get hard painful lumps from mosquito bites and scarring which takes years to fade (and that's just from bites from UK mozzies!)I took this spray with me on my travels to Cape Verde, The Gambia and Lagos and along with my other anti-mosquito protocol, didn't suffer one bite!Easy to use, it smells okay too. It's a great suitcase essential.

Best insect repellent on the market. I tend to put a couple of squirts in my palm, rub my hands together and it’s enough for both arms. You don’t need a lot and it goes a long way. Make sure you apply it outside and not on tiled floors as it has a strong odour and can make floors slippy. Been all over the world using this stuff and I haven’t been bit whilst using it.

Used on holiday in Goa. My issue with this product is that the spray comes out as a single jet rather than a mist. I tried washing the pump spray head to see if it helped but it made no difference. This resulted in it splashing off my skin if spraying on my legs and because I was bending down it splashed into my eyes a couple of times .. it was better sprayed into the hand and applied that way because of the spray. Maybe it was the bottle I got? Also the first bottle I was sent was leaking and whilst it was replaced, the second bottle leaked when moving it, once the plastic seal was taken off for use and needed double bagging to transport.

I read loads of reviews and saw positive responses to this brand. I tried it on my trip to Nigeria and I used it every day. I did not get bitten!! It does say it has an effective working period of about 8hrs which is true, only after then I got bit, but once. Top up and you are good to go again. Would definitely recommend!
