My bottle came with clear liquid, not pink like picture, i this right ?

I haven't used mine yet. But just had a look at the bottle. When you look at the liquid in the bottle, it looks very very slightly pinkish. But when you drop it out, the drops are clear. Hope this helps?

Can this be used for tortoises?

Sorry i dont know, however i can say i used it on my leopard gecko who was unable to see for weeks and within 3 days her eyes was clear and all sight returned, was very happy with this product.
