This one is beautiful. It has changed breakfast into a good experience. Everyone gets their personalized tea from the same pot. My mom has hers light and adds lemon. I have mine stronger, the way I like it and so on for each participant. If you follow the directions on the included little manual, there should be no problems.

Poor Quality
I received it with just the label of the shipping the original box so the item was not packaged. The package was opened once because the instructions looked so old and faded. There was a big hole on the side of the kettle. The metal material was so thin and not sturdy at all. This was going to be a gift for someone but with the box being so faded plus with having the Amazon shipping label on it, I couldn't give it to anyone as a gift. This was complete disappointment.
