This has made a definite difference in my day-to-day life. My wrists and elbows no longer have aches like they did before I started taking this. It took about a month before I noticed the change, But now I will not be without this if I can help it.

Alleviated my joint pain OVERNIGHT! Nothing else has worked - but this did wonders. I find the smell and taste of these wonderful. I was stuck in an ankle brace for 2 weeks and I now feel fine without it.

It is hard to swallow being it is a tablet. A capsule would be so much better but I am staying with this just as it is.

New medicine perscription attacked my joints. I quit the medicine and ordered this to help rebuild my joints. I took the medicine for 2 months and it is now 4 months since I quit and started taking this collogen. Knees are slowly healing. Not sure if collogen is helping but it can't hurt....but it sure grows my fingernails...

Not sure how well these will work but were highly recommended by a friend. Some people commented that they were big but they arent any bigger than my itamins. They will be so much easier for traveling than taking the powder and a scoop.

PRO: These are immediate(1st or 2nd day) in affecting pain, getting joint & bone strength, and just feeling totally different and whole again. Con: One strange thing is the Boswellia(Frankencense), a pain killer. It is so intense that you 'taste' it CONSTANTLY all day/night on your pallette and feel it in your skin. This is such a turn off that I must look for another joint formula without Boswellia to see if it is just as good. I doubt it though, I suspect the Boswellia is the prime ingredient that kills pain. The trade off though is too much. If you take this you will feel great, but you will be tasting, smelling, and feeling this permeating your skin making you feel like you're an animal or something - no kidding.

What can I say about this product? IT'S WONDERFUL. For the first time in my 75 years of life I can finally grow long and healthy nails not to mention that my hair is getting even thicker and grows faster. I placed a second order for 3 more bottles that's how much I like it.
