I used to get shots in my knees that usually lasted for a couple of weeks. I was given a suggestion to try "Youththeory Joint Collagen. I have been faithfully taking it for over 5 years. I have never gotten another shot. It is amazing. No aches in any joints!!!!!

I had tried everything else I could think of for joint pain. I have arthritis and for years I stood on hard cement floors, wearing out my knee joints. Add to that a fall I took a couple of years ago caused degenerative nerve disease in my lower back and a few extra pounds and I was in pain daily. My flexibily was gone as well. Thankfully I stumbled on Youtheory Collagen supplements about a month ago. The bottle says to take two pills but I find that these supplements make me very tired so I take them at night about an hour before bedtime. Two pills at once make me dizzy. So I've only been taking one pill and the results are still amazing. I can actually snap my fingers again. Before, because of swollen finger joints, snapping was painful. What I have noticed is that the swelling, stiffness and immobility have decreased drastically and any pain I feel now is at the exact spot of the joint damage which is helping me, my Dr and my chiropractor narrow the exact areas that need help. As a side bonus, my wrinkles are filling in. I know some people say they don't see a difference with wrinkles but I have. I follow a pretty strict regime with skin care, which helps, but I've noticed a huge improvement with these supplements. It took about 3 weeks before I was convinced but I am completely sold on these supplements now.

My joints feel so much better, but it is difficult to take 2 of these big pills at a time. I tried breaking in half, but costing makes it difficult to swallow.
