What is the screw thread and size for the arrow rest? Mine is missing 1 bolt from shipping.

Not sure, but I would go to a small local hardware store, bring the bow with. Just make sure it's black alloy to match the rest of the hardware.

What draw weight does it come at ?

It's adjustable and comes with the wrench to adjust. Mine came out of the box at around 60lbs.
