From Good to Great
Good quality and sound made great with a 15 hour break in, keeping the backs closer than a foot from the wall for bass response (8 inches for me), and I also set my WIIM amp (WIIM is powerful enough for my midsize living room with this higher senitivity model) to the following settings based on Erins Audio Corner testing of the rp 6000f ii for a more neutral but still "lively" response.

Great Sound, Great price!
These speakers are Phenomenal!! They are well designed and just as beautiful. The sound is superb for the price! Do your research for a receiver that can power this tower speaker.

Awesome sound and build quality!
I've had Klipsch speakers before, so when I needed to purchase a new surround sound system for my new home, choosing Klipsch speakers again was a no brainer...! The new Reference Premiere II series looks as good as it sounds, which was important to me too. Absolutely love the optional walnut finish, combined with the black front! Build quality and attention to detail is outstanding with Klipsch, right down to the aluminum feet that these speakers stand on. I also wanted speakers that would perform just as well when listening to music, as they would while watching a movie and again, Klipsch delivers!!

Nothing to dislike. The sound is clear, clean and crisp. I heard they were good, but they exceeded expectations.

Underwhelming midrange and instrument separation, but great with some tweaking
These are my second pair of towers, and I bought them to replace my Klipsch R28-F. I am using them in a midsized to large living room.First things first: the speakers require a decent amount of breaking in, so don't be surprised if they are not as open and dynamic as they should be when you take them right out of the box. Listen to them for a couple of days at low volume, and let them breathe and settle in before drawing any conclusions.HIGHS: Out of the box, the RP-6000F ii's highs sounded a bit harsh and artificial to my ears. Not too much, but it was noticeable.MIDS: The immediate improvement over the 28F's is in the midrange and instrument separation. Voices are clearer, and acoustic guitars sound more natural with these - which was what I was ultimately trying to achieve. But with time, I am realizing there is still more to be desired in those two departments.BASS is OK, slightly underwhelming, but still OK. After all, the floor frequency these are rated at is around 40 Hz, so a sub, if you have one, would really help.THE GOOD NEWS is that if you have a Denon or a Marantz amp equipped with Audyssey, the majority of those issues can be corrected. I spent a good deal of time experimenting and listening to different types of stereo music, and dialogue in movies, and after some trial and error, I was able to tune them to the point where I really enjoy them.I use the paid mobile version of Audyssey, as it gives me control over EQ curves, which the built-in version in my Marantz receiver does not have. The EQ curves are what made a day and night difference for me. I bumped up the lows a bit in the 100-150 Hz range, and also gradually started bumping up the curve at 1K, peaking at 10K, and then gradually smoothing out those inherent harsh highs. The corrections are by 2-3dB max. My crossovers are set to 80Hz. Dynamic EQ is ON. Dynamic volume is OFF (unless I am watching a movie where the volume amplitude is intolerable).Overall, I wish the RP-6000F ii's were a bit more organic and dynamic, but I realize my room contributes greatly to that problem with its size and lack of enough acoustic treatment. I also realize that I might be getting overly critical and my taste is getting very expensive. All I can say at this point is that I am happy with them. For the money, these are wonderful speakers.Get them, break them in, tune them up and enjoy them. Happy listening!

Worthy Investment
When all the cross frequencies are channeled properly using Bi-amp the results were Very impressive. Clarity at amplitude. Must be experienced! Truly amazing.
