I have blood sugar issues and needed a honey substitute. This product does the trick. It's thick like honey and tastes similar to honey. I'm very happy with this product because it allows me to enjoy "honey" in my tea and recipes.

I happen to enjoy this product to drizzle on my buttered toast or something that I require a "little sweet" without the carbs or sugars. I don't personally, in my opinion, taste an artificial aftertaste; however, I can only speak for myself. I am enjoying it, but use it sparingly. I would order again when needed.

Taste and consistency doesn't exactly match honey, but definitely close enough to suite me. And I like the fact that it has a whopping 18g of fiber in a one tablespoon serving. But the honey bear container is much too stiff, and it's pretty hard to get a good squeeze of honey out of the jar.

I haven't tried this yet because I just received it, but, WHY doesn't the description heading say "substitute"? "100% bee free" is buried in the additional information, but putting this information front and center is not too much for potential customers to expect.

I absolutely love this honey alternative. It actually tastes like honey. It doesn’t have a taste that bites you back or doesn’t leave a burning feeling in the back of your throat. The fact that it has zero sugar is the best. I highly recommend it.
