How much curcumin in each capsule?

Yes, I an finding it very difficult to get an actual figure regarding curcumin. smoke and mirrors!! 95% of what? certainly not 3000mg's. My old one from Just Vitamins stated 500mg's of organic Turmeric extract (= to 10,000mg's of culinary Turmeric)standardised as 95% Curcumin = to 475mg's of curcumin per tablet. They are getting expensive now so looking for an alternative but can't fond anyone with a clear statement of the Curcumin content in plain English

Are these Stronger than Holland and Barrett tumeric + boswellia and ginger?

Pain be gone
