This is a very useful repair kit. I've enjoyed using it more than I thought I would.

This kit allowed me to save, conserve a very old map that had edge tears & cracked apart at fold lines. - tape worked perfectly, disappeared & strengthened. Was able to roll it up with zero damage after repairs. Repaired spine cover on old book that had fallen off with kit glue, had to get a brush not included in the kit. Repaired cover that separated from spine with self adhesive tape. Everything worked perfectly - will order more materials as using them up.

I've not used the repair tape as yet - the book in question had pages escaping the spine, and based on several blogs and videos, I opted to use the glue to fix it. A glue with a needle tip would be better suited to this task. Also - there were no instructions in the kit, which would have been most helpful.

Works well for what I needed

Opened kit, took book apart was going to regale and boom...glue is dried up. Says Shake Well....hahahaha, its so hard it won't shake. Thanks for a waste of money and time. Do NOT buy this.
