There are 11 pages and only six designs, are any of the designs repeated?

The packages I have purchased each page was different. One sheet has all the designs. I use that page for my coasters.

Why is the shipping cost so high?

It's a company outside the US. I got my order really quick

Can it be use on fabric?

Not really. It's pretty paper for decoupage on cardboard, wood, metal or glass
