My daughter (9) checked the first book out at the library on a whim and we were hooked! We bought the box set before we’d even finished the first book. We loved every single character, and the story was so well written! We didn’t read the first Unwanteds series, but had no trouble following the plot. This saga is well worth the read!

I bought this series for my grandson who is 11 years old and loves to read! He picked up the first of the series and has read the entire set already! He loved them!

Bought the Unwanted series for my nephew earlier this year and I decided to read through them before I gifted them to him so I could talk to him about the books. As an adult I loved these books and my nephew who’s 8 is reading through them faster than any of the other books he’s read. The magic and the creativity this author puts into these books are definitely worth every penny spent on the books. These books are the continued pieces of the series so you’ll want to read the other 7 books first you read these.

My 11 year old loves this series! We just came off the Harry Potter series, and a friend recommended this one. My son basically was reading it everywhere he went; on the school bus, at restaurants, at his brother’s soccer practice. He isn’t a nerd by any means, but he really loved the story.

My daughter loved the Unwanted Series, and then read these. She quickly read them all and loved them. Great gift and value for price.

Very well written. Characters are well defined with description. Great storyline.
