Replacement 831-10009-044 Xenon HID Ballast for Lincoln Town Car, Navigator, Chrysler 300M Headlight Control Unit Replaces 10R-020025, 35 XT-D1/12V, 6L7Y-13C170-A

There was NO hassle in the return process. The order was received in a timely manner & when found that my order was not the correct part, I didn't have ANY trouble in the return request. Fantastic ! I would have given a 5-Star, but there's always room for improvement . . . ;^))

seems like a quality HID Ballast, but the problem i am running into is that on my 2004 lincoln town car ulitimate. The Ballast i received will not work with the oem stock HID wiring harness for the reason that the retainer clip from the Ballast to the HID bulb will not clamp down because of the way the Ballast was made. the retainer clip does not have a deep enough crevice for the retainer clip to slide all the way down and secure the wiring harness to the ballast. so now i have to return the ballast and search elsewhere..UPDATE, I received a new Ballast from GenXenon and it is now a OEM exact fit for my 2004 Lincoln town car ultimate. I am very confident now that this HID Ballast is exactly what i am looking for! thank you so much for taking the time to work with me, GenXenon is a very respectable company and i greatly appreciate all the things you have done for me!

Works great the dealership wanted over $500 the part cost less than 60 bucks I think and it’s working just fine in my Lincoln

When attempting to change a lamp in the headlight, we discovered that this ballast was leaking and was the problem. The local prices were exorbitant, so I went to Amazon and found this one for about a third of the price. It was a perfect fit and the headlight is working again. Many kudos to a company that can provide affordable products in this day and age. Thank you!

EXCELLENT! Bought for a 2004 Lincoln Navigator. Ballast at the auto stir is $200! Bought this one and it works great! Definitely recommend!

Bad part. Installed the replacement part and it did not work. I switched sides and put it in the headlight that was working and it still did not work. Switched lightbulbs, switched sides, did ever possible combination and the new part never worked.

We tore the car apart just to fix the head light only to find it it was the ballast. When it came in, we just switched it out and bam... let the be light! 1/2 the price of the bulb and now no worries of getting pulled over!
