This 100% kept me from knee surgery. I was diagnosed with Plica syndrome. It’s extra tissue under the knee and it was inflamed. I tried the cream and to no avail my knee wasn’t getting any better. I’m a fit, healthy mid thirties male. No health issues or obesity or cardio problems. I think that matters with a supplement like this.First off, there is no way these tiny caps have almost 11000 mg in them. I work for a supplement company and this is just false. They’re maybe (MAYBE) half that. That should have been my first warning….Second, ok yes…. they worked the first time I used them. Like REALLY worked. So, there’s something in there…. Whatever it is… Honestly, it didn’t feel right. I was definitely huge… noticeably bigger and thicker. And I came at least four times that day with little effort and a very short refractory period. but it gave me such a crazy ridiculous headache that lasted all day.. also my heart started racing and kinda hurt, like it was working too hard. Thinking it was a one time thing… I kept taking them. Same headache, same heart thing, and then I started having this feeling of overstimulation, like too much caffeine. Or worse. And despite the successful first time, every time after there were significantly less (almost no) results.My theory is they’re spiking these with some kind of synthetic, or maybe even cheap pharmaceuticals. Most people don’t know that cheaper brands do this all the time to “prove” the supplement works.So yes, it worked very well once. But diminishing returns and crazy painful headaches and an aching heart just weren’t worth it. Probably a health risk that third party testing would prove because these ingredients are very sus.
