I've tried a number of vitamins for my age (over 65) and this one doesn't make me feel sick in the morning. I take it with 2 servings of oatmeal and a Atkins milk chocolate shake along with all my other supplements. In the a.m. 3 times a week I work out with dumbbells and machines and also walk for 30 minutes. I've been using the vitamins for 3 months now and am very satisfied with it.

All GNC products are great but this one has a problem. No picture or information tell us what this contains. Well, seems to be it has iron in it. My mom can’t take any iron. Good thing I noticed before giving it to her. Amazon returned my money because of this. GNC, please have the information for this available. You guys have it for almost all your other vitamins and supplements why not this one too. Thanks.

I was very disappointed with this purchase I made on Prime Day. They expire within a couple months from receipt. Seems to be a way to reduce stock rather than being a good Prime Day buy. In addition, they smell terrible. Wouldn't buy again.
