KiwiCo - Astronaut Starter Kit, Space & Science Learning Toy for Kids, Ages 5+

Kiwi kits are the best and this one is particularly awesome. Great activity to work with 5 year old, slightly older child could do it alone. A lot of learning in one box, and the activities take a good amount of time. And the outcome is something you can keep forever.

I gave this to my 4 year old grandson. I built it with him, but he was able to do the vast majority of the assembly, and loved it. He has played with the spaceship for hours!

We just built the solar system out of this kit so far. It was fun and cool for my daughter to get hands on since we are learning about planets in our homeschooling currently but I will say the paint was missing from the kit and spinners slightly learn downward after they have all been put on the rod. Other then that it was good. I'm hoping no other parts are missing for the other activity in the kit!

Did this with my 4 year old. She did need some assistance assembling everything but LOVED it!! This was such a fun project to work on together. This helped us to work on patience and persistence and she felt she proud when she had finished! Putting it together was just as fun as playing with it when it was done. Will definitely be buying more Kiwi Co projects

My son is obsessed with space, he is 5, and I was a little worried he wouldn't be too interested in a step by step direction project like this. I was so wrong, this was the best project for him. There's a little folder that comes with it that has a check box for all the activities and your child can earn their own Astronaut in Training certification when they check them all. That was exceptionally exciting for him. The directions are pretty easy for kids to figure out on their own as well since it has a lot of pictures. This is definitely worth the money and the time. A great way to spend a few hours. We split it into two days.

My kids birthdays are on either side of xmas, so I start shopping early, and buy things as I think of them. Anyway, I ordered this in October, but saved it to Christmas only to find last week that it was missing a piece. Amazon was no help because of how old it was, but I contacted the manufacturer and they were amazing. Missing piece is coming, and the directions are clear and easy for kids to follow.

My 8 year old loved making this, but at the price i expected it to be something he enjoyed for a bit. The pieces do not hold up to handling and it was broken within a few days of assembling.
