No, it doesn't work at all like it should. Very disappointed.

Is there a way to buy the pieces? I bought one for my daughter but it was missing the horn piece?

Also wondering if you can buy a piece separately. Puzzle is kind of unusable when missing one piece.

Is it suppose to sing when you place a piece or when a piece is removed?

If I remember correctly, it sings when you remove a piece, which was my daughter's only complaint about the puzzle. It encourages undoing the puzzle rather than doing it. I think they ended up turning the sound off.
