Only the black pair is mens sizing. If you want the pink pair, order in womens sizing.

No, but you can change the toe stop as long as it’s attached the same

I'm an 8.5 should size 8 work for me?

Probably so because I’m a 7 and it was about 1/2 size too big. If there’s a rink close, they usually sell them there and you could try them on, then order online.
