I have written this after ordering my 5th jar now, I have had problems with foods for quite some time now and have ordered many supplements but main issue is after a few weeks it seems like my body then rejects them not sure if got autoimmune thing going on. Certain foods impact way I feel and medical route has not helped much infact I don't think they know what is causing it and in honesty getting an appointment these days think they still in Covid time. Even healthy foods can have a impact, however after taking just one tablet each morning I feel more settled and can eat some foods which would normally impact me. It has helped my wellbeing as when stop them after around a week or so it all comes back and brain fog starts up and stuff like that so whatever these are doing they are doing a grand job. I tend to take it well before any food and then will do juicing in morning etc and normal rest of the day.

I’m really impressed with this product! The capsules stay intact, and the quality is outstanding. I also appreciate the eco-friendly packaging, as the jar is made of glass instead of plastic. Highly recommend!

Pricey but does the job. Looks like 100% charcoal. Deals with nausea quickly. I take 1-3 capsules when I feel the need. Haven't tried for flatulence so can't comment. Other brands are probably just as good, I just chose this one since it seemed the best overall value.

The information on the packaging and bottle is presented in a clear and concise way and is so attractively designed. I have great hopes for these Organic Activated Charcoal tablets as even after three days use my system feels a lot better. I have a histamine intolerance with raised levels at night even after taking prescribed antihistamine tablets which don’t work too well. I’m fairly sure I have a histamine intolerance but after three and a half years the only help from my GP is repeat prescriptions for the drugs with no offer of investigation. I’ve done all of my own research; the information is all very conflicting. I’m now on a low histamine diet. But for the last three nights, after taking a tablet two hours after my evening meal the intense itching I usually experience has subsided to a lower level of frequency and intensity. The intense itching is distressing and hard to live with. Another tablet in the mornings has definitely reduced the itching even though I stopped taking the antihistamines for the last three days. I still have several open wounds which happened during previous nights while I was asleep so have needed to continue applying Betnovate steroid cream with the hope that this, with the help of TRUEVEDA Organic Activated Charcoal tablets, will quite soon not be required. It's annoying that when I went online to get my next free bottle there was only one choice of freebie despite the fact that others were in stock so therefore I didn't bother.

They are very good, do what they are supposed to do and easy to swallow. I buy the regularly and recommend them.

Take it twice a day every day first bottle didn't realise how much it had benefited me till i had run out within 5 days I was ordering my next bottle....For me it's a gut healer, so long as you drink plenty of water (this is a must whilst taking this product, but to be fair water is something we should always drink plenty of, I do anyway so I know it's not just water that did this), regular bowl movement had a couple of big operations lately had no choice other than to take medication which made me very constipated). My energy levels are through the roof which is beautiful this is helping me get back to my old self training 5-6 days a week eating healthy drinking loads of water everything bad that was in my body is been sucked out less meds almost none at all feeling good, happy, energised, positive whilst growing in all those areas becoming physically stronger to my life is full bur just filled it some more with a new career path alot of this is due to the activated charcoal after all you only get out of your body what you put in it I also take one of the other supplements only on first bottle so will comment after that....hope this helps others 😀
