The Little Book of Manifestation: A Beginner’s Guide to Manifesting Your Dreams and Desires

I know there are a lot of so-called 'manifesting aficionados'/know-it-alls out there!This book is *really* a good, positive and positive thought inducing little book.It's VERY easy to read, also includes periodic very positive powerful quotations in the page/section separators.The first half of the book is the (let's call it the writing/story aspect) the second half of the book (basically that's not exact) - is more the 'exercise' aspect which gives you some great things to try to help with your manifesting journey!If nothing else! It's a very positive minded little book that I DO believe will help you in life if you're open to it!! I bought my copy used and in mint condition, very nice and so glad I bought it. The exercise portion I think can be great to refer back to for things to try! I do recommend this especially for beginners! Very easy to get on with!!

For someone who wants a notebook to write in affirmations, this is not recommend, as it's more a small book about what 369 methods is and how to use it with no space for your own thoughts.
