There is 550mg of Chinese Coptis or Golden Thread in each capsule. The berberine found in typical coptis plant contains 5-7% berberine. Great question!

Since it lists only the 550mg of Chinese coptis root powder this indicates to me that the golden thread root fibers are not broken down extensively enough to know how much berberine is in the product itself. As far as I know, only a lab would be able to give you that information, or the company itself probably would have that information and might be willing to share it with you. From ordering the Golden Thread product myself, I remember that the number of milligrams of that product, and therefore the berberine in it, varies quite significantly from the Chinese Coptis. Also, in my opinion, this Chinese Coptis product is significantly better than the Golden Thread or Berberine products I have purchased.
