Absolutely love this kitchen tap! The touch sensor is a game-changer – really convenient when my hands are messy from cooking or washing up. A quick touch with my wrist or arm and the water comes on, no hassle. The pull-down sprayer is powerful and flexible, making cleaning the sink and rinsing dishes so much easier.Installation was simple and everything feels high quality. Works very well and very stylish.

I ordered this after returning another tap as the quality was poor. This one was much better quality. Felt more substantial. Fitting it though was a nightmare and took hours certainly not minutes. Now granted my hubby is a carpenter by trade and not a plumber but he's a good all rounder. We had to refer to YouTube to assist with this as the instructions were useless!! The finished product though is very pleasing. Hopefully this will stand the test of time.

I loved the design of this tap and I like the features, It functions really well. It was easy to fit for Kitchen fitter as well.Happy with this purchase.

Not very good quality , tap head would not fit on to neck. Should have clipped on to another part of the tap but wouldn’t due to poor design and quality

I would highly recommend! I think thas was one of my best purchase.It is nice looking, quite easy to install. I just had a small problem finding a good place for the counterweight as the space under the sink is very limited in my case.The jet spray is very powerful! It can easily clean the BBQ brush from grease.The only thing I would recommend - fitting a check valve on the hot water (see the last picture). Otherwise you are risking to have cold water in the hot water pipeline.Also, we haven't notice any bad smell after having it in use for more that two months

I’ve had this installed for 3.5 months and it’s a complete waste of money.It consistently works inconsistently, either you touch the stem and no water at all or water emits for a few seconds and cuts off (without having touched it), making it completely unusable.Also be aware if you have any kind of water or damp hands it will not work on the touch sensor. When cooking it’s often you’ll have washed your hands and then go to wash something in the sink - in which case the tap won’t switch on.I work in catering and a regular cook and it’s honestly a complete nightmare to use.No return option, no warranty on the product so I’ve wasted £100. I’d advise you don’t do the same.
