Q: Is the khaki color of this bag actually a light khaki color or is it more of that darker, brown almost carhart pants duck color?

It is actually on the lighter tan side, think British khaki shorts. Not a brown, definitely. I purpose bought the lighter shade, liked it well enough and is my std bag now. Hope it lasts a long time. I am a real human being, 1st time buyer who is pleased with the purchase.
