Q: Does it dry "crystal clear" or does it have a "milky" appearance when it sets? I want to use this for a shower door and I want a truely "clear" caulk

As "crystal clear" as any silicone glazing/sealant I've ever used. I used it to seal clear corrugated acrylic roof panels.

Q: Can this work on shower tile

You can use silicone on tile, but it is better to use ceramic tile adhesive to secure the tile to the wall. If you are doing caulking in the shower use tub and shower silicone caulking.

Q: Would you recommend using this product to adhere 4x4in tiles to a concrete wall outdoors?

I would think it would work. I use it to make garden totems by attaching glass pieces together. Have made quite a few and had no issues.

Q: Would this adhere vinyl J-channel to a vinyl dryer vent? I can't nail it to the house.
