If you are looking for (in my opinion) the best bacon jam, this is it! I have tried others and you can taste the vinegar in them plus they don't have as much bacon. This one, if I want to dilute with vinegar and use as a salad dressing, I can. But if I want to use it as a savory biscuit spread, I can do that too which makes this much more versatile. I used to make my own hot bacon salad dressing, which was the only way to get it to taste the way it should until I tried this. I may not like the price but you get what you pay for and, compared to all the others I've tried, this is it!

Great for a spread on a charcuterie board like I used it, but I would have preferred more bacon.

Something I had never tried before…very disappointed I purchased this bacon jam!I could not make myself overcome its pungent odor, taste was also disgusting.Since this item is non returnable, at least I expressed my complete & utter disgust!!!

After having 5 people taste the Bacon Jam, without telling them what they were tasting, they said they tasted onions & apples - where is the bacon?? So I added bacon to it and it was great on pulled pork and scrambled eggs...
