What a great product!!This is an awesome indoor/outdoor cat house. I was reluctant to purchase based on the reviews but so glad I did. It came together easily and is very sturdy and attractive. The materials are solid outdoor no-fade, no-rot and seems like it will be waterproof in the winter, rainy months.I put a soft bed inside and it is a perfect little outdoor home for my 2 cats. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

I was looking for a warm spot to help two community cats we cared for. Assembly was simple, the house is sturdy and looks great. Ours were on a covered porch and got wet every now and then with heavy rain so they held up very well. I love the second exit feature to ensure cats could escape when the racoons came to visit. My only issue is the roof has to be removed and put back in place for cleaning. I would love to see the roof just lift up. The four top screws have to be removed and then reassembled again. Not a huge problem but I cleaned them frequently. Good for one adult cat, would be tight with more! I also like that it sits up off the ground, keeps it out of any water in the rain. All in all I recommend this kitty house.

This is a very good outdoor house for a cat, 2 would be pushing it but 1 can would be very comfortable. It was easy to put together. One thing I found out while putting it together is long thumb screws for the top corners (for roof installation) and use the short thumb screws for the bottom. Not knowing the first time I assembled all the sides with small thumb screws. Other than me having a dumb brain moment, this was very easy to install and it also comes with a thumb screw tool to tighten the thumb screws. The material is well constructed and very sturdy. It is a very nice looking cat house and I am pleased with them, yes I bought 2 at once. I would've bought 3 but the third feral cat we were taking care of outside is now inside living with us.

The quality is really good and easy to assemble. I love its appearance, it looks like it could be a part of a house. The Cat house is a good size. The Cat house doesn't have any weird smells. The Cat sadly still wont approve of the Cat house. It's weatherproof. Cat house is overall good, even though cat does not like it.

I just received this and put it together and WOW! This thing is super sturdy, a great size and easy to put together. I just stuck a little cat bed inside and voila! This is the fanciest feral cat house I have ever seen! Great buy!

Nice refuge in bad weather..appears durable..easy to build..well packaged..keep for local ferrels i support..hope it gets used!

UPDATE:Since I've had the houses for a while now, I've noticed the ones that are covered and are on my porch work great.The ones that are out in the weather have a problem with rain pouring in. It would be nice if the openings had some type of awning or something to prevent this. For a long time, after being rained on, my cats would not go back in the ones that were out in the weather.PREVIOUS REVIEW:I've couldn't wait to leave this review and cannot say enough about this cat house! I was so impressed with the quality of the material and the classy look it has.It took about 15 minutes to put this sturdy house together.Thanks to the "Ferguson" customer review, I was able to pay attention to which size bolts to use (long or short) and avoid problems with assembling.My feral cat hasn't tried it out yet as it has not been that cold here. I did put the flaps over the openings; but after reading the reviews. I may have to remove at least one so the cat will not be afraid to go into the house.The video was very helpful. I did have a problem with 2 gray pieces and didn't know where they went, since I could find nothing in the instructions. I finally figured out that these are the tightening tools and not part of the house itself.I intend to buy another house, after seeing the quality of the house and the ease of putting it together. I know I don't have to worry about it arriving in good condition, as the first house was packed extremely well.At first, I thought the house was a little pricey; but after seeing the quality and how easy it was to put together, I feel the price was well worth it.I highly recommend this house for quality; durability and looks!

This will work perfect for my Ferrell kitties when it gets cold outside. Very easy to put together. Looks great. Very weatherproof. Cats will love this.
