My spouse unlike me loves all things fragile - like glassware and I was tasked the job of getting a glass jug!After searching high and low, this is the only brand whose jug was approved by my spouse. It's been almost 2 years of buying and using this jug, though it usually makes its appearance only on summers! Overall very happy with this product!Pros-1. This is a heavy weight glass jug and quite thick. In the 'glass world' heavy means better quality!2. Stynning shape and form. Personally i loved the jug handle- looks neat!3. Flawlessly transparent - not a peck of bubble or visual defect throughout!4. Comes with a blue colored cover which pops a comfortable fit ensuring no dust falls inside when kept anywhere. Rotating the blue cover you can close and open the flow of waterCons-1. The blue colored cover appears to be made of low quality plastic. Upon use, it has become a loose-fit from comfort-fit! They could have done a better job of it! So pops off sometimes while pouring water**Warning-1. Glass item alert - wash and use with care. Any slightest mishandling and if it hits anything stronger like your kitchen platform made of granite - you are done!2. Children may find it difficult to lift a filled jug of water and pour - it's on the heavier side- ditto with old folks in your house (will need both hands)3. Handling this jug with oily or greasy hands - strict no no

Nice looking, good quality, sturdy, good design easy to clean, strong handle, big size contains more water than it looks, worth the price. Came with a red plastic lid.Very neat packing - used two extra boxes and wraps other than the item box. Overall good purchase...👍👍

Product is good with beautiful shape. Worth placing on your dining tableProduct is received with a broken lid. Lid material is flimsy and even if received in tact it will break 💔 eventually. Suitabe stainless steel lid is advisable which will be durable. This jug is brought to replace a crystal glass jug of a popular brand as it's lid is broken. Will the seller care to send me a spare lid?

The jug itself has a weight for which it will be durable not delicate. Size n look great

Glass jar is very good but lid is very flimsy. Received broken even after taking extra time for delivery. Packaging is also not perfect for a glass item.
