Decent constant current LED Driver
I was looking for a compact constant current LED driver and this worked for me. This driver is based off of the PowTech PT4115 LED driver IC. One thing to note is that the potentiometer is connected to the DIM pin of the IC and not the current sense circuit. If you plan on using this with an Arduino or other microcontroller via the PWM pin, it will override any current setting set via the potentiometer. If you want to use PWM and need a current setting other than 900ma, you will need to replace RCS with a different value resistance. You can calculate the RCS value with the following formula: Iout = 0.1/RCS

PWM LED controllers - a bit of a pain to set up, but they work
These are PWM LED controllers for interfacing with a microprocessor to maintain constant current output. Note that the LED controller needs >6V to work, so if you’re trying to power 5V LEDs with these, this board just won’t work for you. There is an onboard pot to adjust the current max output, or you can interface with a separate 3.3V or 5V microcontroller. After seeing other reviews about these not working, I did a quick benchtop test (see pics), and they worked just fine. I was able to bypass my resistor and control current directly from this board. 5 stars.

Both boards defective
Tried to use them for their specified purpose of regulating current to a LED fixture. Was trying to set it for 100 milliamps to dim down the LEDs which would only be a 40 milliamp drop from the 12 volts supply. As you turn the knob they would go from bright to almost off instantly. Both boards did the exact same thing.

Acts as a relay
The pot on this board is so crappy it has only three values - on, off, and flickering light.
