I have used may pre-workouts, and this was great when I started. Thought I would try out the newer formula for something less-strong but it had no effect on me.Good starter pre-workout but if you've taken them for a while then this won't be effective. Bit of a caffeine buzz but zero pump or beta-tingle.

Decent pre, occasionally get some of the tingling, don’t mind it myself but I know that’s not for everyone.Gets me ready for an early morning workout, I’ll buy it again.
