Is this actual ‘Loaf’ flavour as per the picture or ‘chicken’ as per the description???

I ordered the loaf variety especially for my old thyroid girl, who has been fed RC Renal food for the past year , but the chicken one arrived unfortunately. All the photos show it as the loaf one and this seller was the only one who could offer next day Prime delivery. She's stopped eating all but loaf variety and so looks like she will be having a spoonful of non Renal food again tonight for her thyroid medicine to be squirted on. I'm really disappointed and now have to arrange for it to be returned, hopefully with no hassle.
