What size Dutch oven or enamel pan should I use to cook bread from this mold?

Your Dutch oven of choice has to be big enough for the extra increase in size of your loaf. Ideally there should be around 1 inch of extra space on each side so there is room for bread to expand outwards. Hope it helps.

Can they be placed in an oven for 45 minutes at 130c (260f) to prevent mold/bacteria? i oven clean my baskets every 6-8 weeks since i bake 3 x weekly

Yes, you can use the residual heat from the oven after baking the bread. At approx. 100 - 120 degrees Celsius the basket dries faster without being damaged and at the same time any germs are killed. You can use this method after each bake or as required. Once dry, brush the basket, if necessary, with a stiff but not too abrasive brush. For storage we recommend choosing a location with adequate ventilation.

Is there an 8-inch round basket with the groove pattern?

Thank you for your question. No, there is not. However, we have 8.4" (outside) round basket with no pattern which is suitable for breads up to 1.1lb, and no pattern texture makes it ideal for beautiful scoring. Hope it helps.
